An open hallway leads to the large, very well-equipped family kitchen with breakfast island, and on to a second full height living room, also with an open fire. From both rooms French windows open onto an extensive terrace with a shaded pergola and comfortable seating overlooking the swimming pool and garden. For outdoor dining there is a huge covered terrace with sweeping views over the rolling countryside, and a sheltered courtyard with summer kitchen.
You will also find on the ground floor four charming bedrooms (one twin, three doubles - one of which is en-suite), a good-sized bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a generous shower room. On the first floor the master bedroom is light and airy with a private terrace and luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom upstairs, which can sleep two adults or four children.
Laspagueres has been a family home for several years and has plenty of open space and outdoor games for children of all ages to enjoy. Inside on the ground floor there is a separate childrens' snug with TV, DVD player, books and computer games.
