Robin and Clare Dunipace have been visiting and working in South West France for nearly 30 years. In 2008 they fell in love with Gascony where they bought an old farmhouse West of Toulouse, between Fleurance and Mauvezin. In 2010 they set up a new holiday rental business for Gascony, which in due course became Simply Gascony. Robin and Clare have many years' experience of managing holiday rental businesses, both in Gascony and in the Cotswolds in England.
Robin has overall responsibility for the direction of Simply Gascony and marketing their selection of rental properties. Clare makes sure that each property located in Eastern Gascony is managed and presented in the best possible condition and provides tenants with the highest possible standards of service.
In 2016, Letty Gaze joined Robin and Clare to take responsibility for Simply Gascony's properties in Western Gascony. Letty's great knowledge of people and properties to the West of Auch broadens the geographical area and range of properties now offered by Simply Gascony.
Robin trained as an architect and has worked for forty years in property and project management, including diversions into farming and wine-making. Robin is proud to have been elected as a 'Mousquetaire d'Armagnac' and he loves his old tractor.
"Gascony celebrates 'la culture de bien-etre', which means 'the cultivation of well-being' - providing the perfect atmosphere for a holiday!"Robin Dunipace
Clare was a practising graphic designer, and has also worked as a teacher, interior designer and restorer of 'bric-a-brac'. One of Clare's greatest pleasures is driving her pony and trap through the winding lanes and rolling hills of Gascony.
"Gascony is a wonderful holiday destination for families of all ages..."Clare Dunipace
Letty has lived in Gascony since 2002, and previously worked as a cook, estate agent and personal secretary. One of her passions is her horse and riding in the beautiful Gascony countryside, along with the occasional visit to the Pyrenees either for skiing or summer picnics.
"Being able to see the Pyrenees mountains on a beautiful sunny day really lifts you... and they're great to visit for sport, walks and picnics at any time of year..."Letty Gaze
