This beautiful Gascon country home offers luxury accommodation for up to 12 people. In an elevated position with wonderful views over rolling countryside, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

Entering the house you'll walk into a large hallway which leads to a dining area and a fully-equipped country-style kitchen. There is access from the kitchen to a central pantry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is large, light and very comfortably furnished, and has an open fireplace, full Sky TV, DVD and music system. French windows open to the garden and a generous terrace which, with views over the fields and an olive tree for shade, is the ideal spot for lunch.

Also on the ground floor of the house is a childrens' play-room (with TV and DVD), and a bathroom and w/c.

On the first floor are six spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms. The huge master bedroom has lovely views over the garden and fields beyond. It shares an en-suite bathroom with one other double-bedded dressing room. There are four more double bedrooms (one of which is a twin, and one a triple). All the bedrooms are light and beautifully furnished.

The well-kept gardens at Cap de Montaulieu offer plenty of space for children to run around. The swimming pool has a large sun terrace, a shady pergola and wonderful views of Gascon countryside at its best.

In a cottage next to the main house guardians are on-hand to offer help and advice, and provide extra services (at additional cost) such as cooking and baby-sitting.

Cap de Montaulieu is conveniently located 10 minutes' drive from supermarkets and restaurants in the market town of Beaumont de Lomagne - you are in the heart of beautiful rural Gascony, but within easy reach of all main amenities.
