This very attractive C12 property is different from of our typical Gascon hillside properties.  Once an ancient water mill (reputed to have been occupied by a hermit) driven by the River Arrats, the property has been sympathetically restored as a well-equipped holiday home.  This year there is a well-sited, heated, salt-water pool and sauna.  The Moulin is about 5 minutes’ drive from the charming small ‘bastide’ village of Monfort (shop, bread, caf?) and under an hour from Toulouse airport.  The house is surrounded by its own private woodland and built over the river - the feeling of peace and tranquillity is extraordinary.
