While Gascony stretches as far west as the Atlantic coast, the region is mainly inland, set deep in the South West of France. What better way to enjoy the mild late-summer/autumn climate than in one of our glorious properties' private pools? Here are 12 of the best pools in Gascony…
As we enter September, and the weather become more chilly in northern Europe, summer weather continues in Gascony, where the climate stays mild, the days sunny and the evenings long during September and October. With temperatures forecast to reach 30 degrees with clear blue skies in the first week of September, there’s no better place to be than relaxing by one of our pools with a crisp, cold drink in hand. Eating dinner al fresco and night swimming continues into the autumn in Gascony, and as all the seasonal changes appear to be later this year than normal, we could be in for a great ‘Gascon’ last blast of summer!
The pretty gardens at Puissentut have lovely views across the valley.
